How To Access Blocked Web Sites

GO TO “www.hidemyass.com” and there type the website name which is blocked and surely it will open
else manual method is:-

This is a simple method to bypass the security at your college/office which does not allow you to open certain websites.

STEP 1:

• Click on the Start button and type ‘command’ in the search box.
• Click on ‘commnad prompt’ to open the terminal.

STEP 2:

• Inside the prompt, type ‘ping website_url’
• For example for facebook you can type ‘ping facebook.com’ into the terminal.
• Wait for a while till you get a screen similar to the following:

STEP 3:

• From the terminal note down the IP of the website. In the above case it is 66.220.149.11

• Type this IP in the address bar of your browser to open the website. The same procedure can be used to open most of the websites blocked using a weak protection tool.
